Karina Laurenitis serves as the Young Agricultural Professionals Committee Chair on the 23-person Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF). She is also Co-Vice President of the Franklin County Farm Bureau.

She works full time in the tech industry, but comes home from her desk job to work nights and weekends on her family farm, Laurenitis Farm in Sunderland, MA. She also grows hay, and has a small floral business with her own cut flowers, White Cat Florals.
